Pima County Chapter launches first training cohort - January 2017!

Our goal is to recruit people who, in addition to becoming certified, are also interested in helping us to build capacity for this chapter in a few ways:

  • Identifying local partnering organizations to invite to connect
  • Helping establish a local steering committee, eventually to become a Board of Directors
  • Marketing and recruitment of other interested colleagues 
  • Organizing chapter events for volunteers
  • Managing volunteers


WHAT: 60 hours of classroom/hands-on work. 4-6 required Saturday field trips.

WHEN: Wednesday evenings beginning on 1/11/17 from 5:30 until 8:30 pm. 

WHERE: Brandi Fenton Memorial Park, Historical House.

HOW MUCH: $300 per person. 

WHO: Anyone aged 16 and up as of 1/11/17. 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: December 31, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
